“… the primary issue in this case is whether the Varrell Wharf floats improperly occupy the area in front of the Brittons’ property and in which the Brittons claim unobstructed riparian rights. The Brittons contend that the Varrell Wharf floats occupy 48 feet of the 90-98 foot width of their riparian area, severely restricting access to the water between the wharves.
